ACFM Resource Post Name: Head Chef
Duties:-

• To operate and manage on Korean cuisine.
• To assist in planning new menus & recipes
• To ensure kitchen staff preparation and cooking food in quality, hygiene & presentation.
• To monitor and order raw food materials.
  Requirements:

• Certificate in Culinary / F&B or equivalent
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Skills in Korean cuisine
• Fluent in English & Korean
• EPF, Socso & EIS is provided
  Post name: Kitchen crew

• Full time kitchen crew are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in shift including holidays
• Training, EPF, SOCSO will be provided
• SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
  Post name: Dishwasher

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
• Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
