Post Name: Credit Assessment Executive (Kuching)
Job Description:

  • To perform full Credit assessment tasks in a professionalism manner.
  • To equip with credit policies, standards and guideline for credit judgment
  • To comply with company’s guidelines and procedures for all product credit schemes.
  • To work closely with team members to complete tasks within stipulated time.
  • To perform and meet assigned key performance Index.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Economic / Banking or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit assessment and / or credit evaluation.
  • Knowledge in Malaysian financial system, regulations and ethics.
  • Knowledge in consumer lending products & services and the lending process.
  • Strong skill set for undertaking credit roles and responsibilities within a guided environment or policy framework.
  • Competence in credit skills and judgment with specialization in retail credit and business credit.
  • Able to work longer hours, during weekend and public holiday, if necessary.
  • Able to work with team environment and have good customer service experiences.
  • Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

  • To ensure customers’ request, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in timely manner, and to provide first call resolution, as indeed to provide excellent customer service.
  • To handle customer calls, complaints and enquirers efficiently, courteously and professionally.
  • To assist Customer Request Management Unit operation on resolicit, outbound call & administration work.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any related disciplined.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Call Center in banking industry.
  • Strong complaint handling skills (customer & authority) and able to work under pressure.
  • Proven records in exceeding customer needs.
  • Able to work beyond ordinary working hour and / or on shift.
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain customer’s accounts to ensure the accounts are current and well conducted.
  • Contact customers to remind customers of payment schedule and obtain relevant payments.
  • Achieve the per-determined targets and standards relating to collection activities.
  • Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues and daily reports.
  • Attend to customer’s enquirer and provide customers with the relevant advice and solution.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any related disciplined.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit recovery / collection with proven track record.
  • High commitment, hardworking & able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work longer hours, during weekend and public holiday.
  • Able to work with team environment and have good customer service experiences.
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and presentation skills.
