Ajyal HR Solutions seeking for Investment Advisor and Director General

Post Name: Investment Advisor – Reporting to the CEO
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor or Masters in Commerce /Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar internationally certified qualification is preferred.
  Experience:

• 15 years of strategy/JV management experience in investment company Prior experience in negotiation (M & A, partnerships, etc) and deal due diligence within investment and preferably experience in Private equity project.
  Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee the Joint Venture investments from the initial discussion stages of the project through to the time where the projects are up and running E2E.
• Review and asses feasibility studies and business plans.
• Memorandums of Understanding, Articles of Association and related due diligence
• Determine and monitor budgets for joint venture investments and report on quarterly.
• Monitor the JV project progress through representatives on the board of JVs and report on Quarterly.
• Regularly update the team on the progress of Joint venture investments
• Manage review of yearly financial statements, budget performance of JV projects in relation to the five- year rollover plan and report progress, issues and concerns
• Carry out due diligence studies and draw investment conclusions.
• Screen and assess new JV or partnership opportunities

Post Name: Director General for Contracts and Projects – Reporting to the CEO
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor or Masters in Commerce/Business Administration/Operations Management
  Experience:

• Minimum 18 years of experience in Projects, Proficient in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  Responsibilities:

• Analyze contracts, agreements and market trends and liaise with user departments in order to maximize in country value (ICV) opportunities. Conduct ICV evaluation whenever required.
• finalizing of PFD agreement and projects, which includes reviewing of exception, discussing on final Scope/Specification, and schedule, liaising with the successful bidder and the execution of Contract Agreement by both parties.
• Lead or participate in reviewing, evaluating and negotiating terms and conditions of contracts that involve that impact on the Organization.
• Develop and maintains positive, professional relationships with all customers and stakeholders.
• General supervision of approved projects and ensuring quality in outcomes, cost and milestone.
• Follow up on projects that are in it’s viability and analysis phase and supervise it’s start up operations.
• Support all initiatives that support building capacity through ensure the availability, development of framework, concepts, principles to other departments to assist them in projects implementation.
