Job Location: Based in Kuching and in Miri
Responsibilities:

• Performing outdoor or/and indoor services including installation, repairing and servicing.
• To ensure that all services are arranged on time and efficient managed.
• Submitting daily product service report on service orders completed.
• Be able to troubleshoot product issues on site, advising customer the repair cost and providing professional explanation to customer on the service details after each service.
• Maintaining all equipment, tooling and vehicle provided by company by following standard operating instructions.
  Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Must possess good communications skills, well developed time management and analytical skills.
• Candidate that possess valid driving license (GDL) has added advantage.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Possess valid driving license (GDL).
• Applicants must be willing to travel and work within Melaka.
