Job vacancies for Employee Services Coordinator at Oman

Would you like to be part of a newly formed multinational team in a globally recognized engineering organization, working in Partnership with the Royal Air force of Oman? We have an exciting opportunity for two Employee Services Coordinator’s to join our team at the Royal Air Force of Oman. Adam Airbase.

The successful candidates will be accountable to the Support Services Manager Administrative role within the Adam Air Base Employee Support Service team. Day today involvement with the management of transportation allocation and timing. fleet management and accommodation related tasks as directed by the Support Services Manager.

 

As an Employee Services Coordinator main responsibilities at BAE Systems

 

  • Supporting the Support Services Manager on implementation of the accommodation, transport and work wear solutions.
  • Coordination of visa applications and flight bookings for new employees.
  • Arranging Executive Business travel when tasked.
  • Provision of advice to employees on support services related matters
  • Briefing of Support Services elements of the local induction process at Adam Airbase.
  • Royal Air force of Oman and employee communication and engagement.
  • Establishing and improving Adam Air Base Support Services policies and procedures.
  • Production of spread sheets / slides as required by Support Services Manager.
  • Collating and forwarding to relevant departments the paperwork to enable visa processing for new employees
  • Providing a Facilities Management interface with the on Base Royal Air force of Oman team and familiarization of the Facilities Management systems that support our accommodation units on Adam Airbase
  • Maintaining and evolving close relationships with customers, primarily Royal Air force of Oman.

 

Qualifications for Employee Services Coordinator at BAE Systems Oman

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good IT skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
  • A good Knowledge of Omani Labour Law
  • Experience in a customer facing role supporting a multinational workforce
  • Potential to develop leadership skills
  • Adaptive collaborative style which generates respect and trust.
  • Knowledge of vehicle fleet management
  • Experience in public relations role.
  • High level of numeracy.
