– 2 A + 2 pt 12 – 15 (£12,780 – £13,380 pa gross pro rata)
– 31 hours 25 minutes per week term time + 5 training days 8.40 am -3.25 pm
– 2A + 2 pt 12 -15 (£10,132 – £10,603 pa gross pro rata)
– 25 hours 10 minutes per week term time + 4 training days 8.40 am – 3.25 pm
– Grange Academy is a community special academy for pupils aged 5-18 with a wide range of ability levels and additional learning needs, including moderate learning difficulties and autism. The school is part of a local Multi Academy Trust of special schools, BILTT.
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled LSA who:
- Enables learners to make at least good progress and develop well
- has excellent knowledge of autism, VI, HI and associated leaning needs
- Works effectively as part of a team to improve learners conduct behaviour and attitudes to learning
- is able to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, families and multi-disciplinary professionals
- is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children
- Has strong literacy and numeracy skills and is a clear communicator.
