Post Names: Assistant Manager, Finance
Job Descriptions:

  • Preparing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report.
  • Ensuring accounts reconciliation are prepared in a proper and timely manner.
  • Preparation of budget and forecast.
  • Act as liaison with external parties on corporate financing matters – bankers, Secretary, Auditors, Tax Agents and local authority.
  • Preparation of annual audit plan.
  • Checking of monthly GST report and responsible for Quarterly GST submission.
    Post Names: Senior Executive, Finance
    Job Descriptions:
  • Handle full set of accounts, conduct reconciliation, variance analysis and preparation of the Monthly Management / Financial Statements.
  • Overseeing dairy transaction (e.g. accounts payable / receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations).
  • Generate and maintain accounts report and documentations.
  • Preparation of Quarterly Good and Service Tax report.
    Requirements for positions 1 & 2:
    * Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Accountancy / Finance or Professional certificate (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
    * Proficient in English, written and spoken.
    * Minimum 3-5 years of working experience.
    * Knowledge in GST Act and Regulation.
    * Experienced in using IFCA System is an added advantage.

    Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare all kind of letters related to payroll and compensation.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process and conduct orientation for new hires.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
    Requirements:
    * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience.
    * Knowledgeable of Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
    * Possess good inter-personal skills with ability to interact well with internal / external customers and staff of all levels.
