Duties: Responsible to oversee the entire dim sum operation including the dim sum crew by initially monitoring all food preparation, presentation, delivery over the course of the restaurant, planning the menu and calculate costing.
Qualification: Minimum SRP
Experience: at least 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience.
