Changi General Post Name: Patient Service Associate Specialist Clinics Operations
You are responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, offering advice on hospital charges and services, as well as other administrative duties. You will conduct basic patient assessments such as height and weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure measurements. You will provide assistance to doctors and patients in the consult rooms (e.g. perform wound dressing for inspection and provide Instructions on laboratory tests). You will also be required to provide excellent front line customer service to customers and meticulous administrative support In the Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
• A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be advantageous
  Post Name: Patient Service Associate Inpatient Operations
  You are required to perform administrative duties and provide customer service to patients. You will be responsible for registration and billing, payment / deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advice to patients. You will also be responsible for assigning beds and scheduling follow-up appointments for patients.
  Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘o’ Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification
• A customer oriented team player with good Interpersonal skills
• Required to work staggered hours
  (Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm or 10am – 7pm)

• Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotation basis
  Post Name:Therapy Assistant
  Your primary role is to assist the patients to complete their prescribed therapy programmes. You will need to assist Therapists in the delivery of assessments and treatments such as rendering physical assistance, supervising prescribed intervention programmes, setting up apparatus etc. Additional responsibilities include inventory control, and other administrative duties as assigned. On-the-job training will be provided.

• Some working experience in hospital an advantage but not essential

  You will be responsible for the arrangement and functionality of equipment in the operating room to ensure smooth running of operations.
  Changi General Requirements:
  – Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• Completion of formal central service technician or surgery technologist education programme (preferred)
  – At least 1 year of working experience in central service or surgical patient care area
  – Knowledge of inventory control and computer literacy such as basic Microsoft Word and Excel
  – Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)

• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  Post Name:Operating Theatre Assistant
  You will be required to maintain and keep the equipment clean In the department as well as any other general housekeeping. You will participate in the Hospital’s quality improvement activities and perform all other duties assigned.
  Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Certificate in Healthcare Service or equivalent
• Surgery or patient care work experience (preferred)
• Must be able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
• Preferable to have computer literacy
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  Changi General  Post Name:Cook / Assistant Cook / Kitchen Helper
  You will be in charge of preparation of food for patients as well as for internally-organised events. For Assistant Cook position, no experience is required.
  Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cooking Chinese/ Muslim/Western cuisine
• Hygiene course certification
