Changi General Post Name: Patient Services Associate, Specialist Clinics Operations
Job scope:
* Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, offering advice on hospital charges and services, as well as other administrative duties
* Conduct basic patient assessments such as height and weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure measurements
* Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the consult rooms (e.g. Perform wound dressing for inspection and provide instructions on laboratory tests)
* Provide excellent front line customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics
Requirements:
* At least ‘N’ Level qualification
* A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
* Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage.
