Changi General Post Name: Patient Service Associate (Specialist Clinics Operations)
– You are responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, offering advice on hospital charges and services, as well as other administrative duties. You will conduct basic patient assessments such as height and weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure measurements. You will provide assistance to doctors and patients in the consult rooms (e.g. perform wound dressing for inspection and provide instructions on laboratory tests). You will also be required to provide excellent front line customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
Requirements:

• At least ‘N’ Level qualification
• A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be advantageous
