Post Name: Sales Executives
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving Company’s sales targets.
• Attending customer’s enquiries and follow up with customers from time to time.
• Attend to upkeep of sales office show gallery show units and ensure that consumables stationeries are well stocked and all office equipment are in good working order.
• Familiar with end-financing requirements.
  Job Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma / Certificates or equivalent
• Experience in handling sales and marketing functions in property industry is required
• Strong commands in English. Chinese or Malay
• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, out spoken, honest, responsible & prudent
• Basic knowledge in computer skills
• Possess own transport
• Training will be provided
• Willing to travel and work extra hours or during weekends and public holidays for road shows exhibitions.
• Company is rapidly expanding with continuous property development projects throughout Sarawak and West Malaysia.

  Post Name: Tower Crane Operator
  Job Responsibilities:

• To operate tower crane in a safe and secure manner.
• Ensure operator cabin is well organized and clean.
• Report and highlight all deficiency to PIC and follow up until rectification been made.
• Comply with safety regulations introduced by-Company.
• Be discipline and responsible to all activities carried out.
• Ensure that the anti-collision system is in use at all time and in good condition at all times.
• TC Operator is responsible in checking all the safety devices and tested to ensure it in good condition prior to operating crane.
  Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM/ “O” Level Higher Secondary/ STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Candidate must possess the JKKP license and/or any relevant permit to operate tower crane.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuching.
• Preferably Non-Executives.
• Full-Time position(S) available.
• Candidate with green card is and added advantage.
  Post Name: Safety & Health Supervisor
  Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility to implement safety measures and procedures at the construction site
• Review and update health and safety manuals, rules, procedures, etc
• Promote safe conduct of work, ensures personal protection.
• Compile and Update monthly Safety and Health Report at the workplace to keep track of safety performance indicator.
• Responsible to comply with ISO 9001 requirement
• Track and manage toolbox safety meetings
• Ensure safety measures and procedures are in accordance with environmental, safety and health statutory acts and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, accident incident investigations and issue instruction to correct any unsafe working condition performed.
  Job Requirements:

• Education: Relevant Qualification in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science. NIOSH Possess “Yellow Book” certification for safety & Health Supervisor.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the aspect of safety awareness management, particularly in high rise construction.
• Experience in scaffolding is added advantage.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
• Have experience working in an ISO construction environment.
• Must be willing to travel, be relocated in Kuching.
• Full-time position available
