Post Name: Site Manager
As the senior manager on site has overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the plant. Preparing business plans and budgets to ensure the plant is able to meet the expectation of key stakeholders, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Post Name: Maintenance Manager
Leads and directs the maintenance teams to ensures that maintenance activities are conducted in line with OEM recommendation/best practice that results in high levels of reliability without compromising safety or costs can be achieved.
Post Name: Operations Manager
Leads and directs the Operations team to ensure that the plant is operated safely and efficiently, that a robust PTW system is in place and operational procedures are fit for purpose and adhered too.
Post Name: Engineering Manager
Leads a small team of engineers to ensure that the plant integrity is not being compromised from original design, technical procedures are being adhered to and provides ongoing technical support to the site teams.
Post Name: HSES Manager
Responsible for the implementation and adherence of HSES procedures, investigates incidents and introduces innovative ways of re-enforcing HSE on site in order that zero harm can be achieved.
Post Name: Project Manager
To lead and further develop inspection and technical services to support the power plants and actively seeks new external opportunities in order to grow the business.
