Reporting to the Site General Manager, the Technical Manager will be a key member of the Site Management team and contribute to the Strategy, Progress and Development of the business.

• Reviewing Site Quality Manual
• HACCP & Internal audits
• Customer Complaints
• Food safety
• Food Standards
• Legislation
• Internal & External Auditing
  Key Attributes

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Proven track record of technical management in a food environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Experience of quality systems including BRC. Changing / improving internal standards and product quality improvement
