DBOS – Development Bank of Sarawak Berhad, a newly formed development financial institution solely owned by the Sarawak State Government, is inviting candidates for the following positions. Preference will be given to Sarawakians.

DBOS job vacancies for Manager, Administration, Receptionist and Finance

Post Name: Manager, Credit Administration
Job Responsibilities:
Handling system data entry, system maintenance, loan disbursement, timely issuance of repayment advices/ reminders etc.
DBOS Requirements:
1. Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration/ Finance/ MIS/ related field.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field (preferably has experience in loan origination system or corporate loan system).
3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skill
Post Name: Manager, Finance
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position addresses tight deadlines and multitude of account activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, budgeting, treasury functions and accounts related activities.
Requirements:
1. Degree/ professional degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 5 years managerial position in accounting/finance.
3. Banking experience in accounts department would be an advantage.
4. Knowledgeable in accounting software and Microsoft Excel application.
5. Good financial analytical skills.
6. Familiar with MFRS standards and other regulatory disclosure requirements.
7. Able to work independently.
Post Name: Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
Handling incoming phone calls, undertaking clerical duties, assisting visitors to the office, handling courier deliveries, managing office supplies, performing ad-hoc duties as requested by Management from time to time etc.
DBOS Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM/ STPM/college diploma.
2. Preferably candidate with at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
3. Confident with a pleasant personality.
4. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and Outlook.
