Job description:
- To oversee the office administration and ensuring documentations are properly handled by the staff, collections are made and followed-up by accounts receivable staff, and payment are made to vendors on time.
- To record and monitor employees attendance, leave taken and overtime claims.
- To process service orders for the office maintenance, servicing of Lorries and forklifts.
- Responsible in managing the performance of branch administration. “Responsible and coordinate work between branch and HQ.
- Any other duties assigned by Manager.
- Constantly to communicate and maintain a good customer relationship with key customers.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder required on this position.
- Strong communication, problem solving and relationship building.
- Able to work independently and can handle stress.
- Willing to learn.
Post Name: Administration Clerk – Full Time
Job description:
- To perform clerical duties such as filing, documentation control, payment of bills, etc.
- To assist in all administration matters in the department operation.
- Assist in other general operation functions and ad-hoc assignments.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents and record keeping,
- Undertake special assignments, additional duties & responsibilities as and when necessary.
- Constantly to communicate and maintain a good customer-relationship with key customers.
Job requirements:
- SPM level or Diploma holder required on this position.
- Strong communication, relationship building and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently.
* Candidate must have own transport.
* The company practices 6 day work per week.
