Electomech Distuributors Limited are currently looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated, efficient and dynamic Branch Manager to be based in Lautoka Branch. This is a senior role & the applicant would be reporting to the CEO from time to time.

About the job:

• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations.
• To ensure operational efficiencies and to develop strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
• Established sales goals, managed budgets and devise sales forecasts.
• To ensure professional merchandise displays to create appealing outlook of the shop.
• To analyze daily financial transaction for operational strategies.
• To develop programming skills and train shop staff.
• To manage people and work under minimum supervision.
• Must have excellent communication and inventory management skills.
• Must have customer problem solving and customer service skills.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Qualifications:-

1. Diploma or Degree in Management or Business is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience on shop level operations.
3. Have a great knowledge of the business product.
4. Have excellent organizational, liaison and multi-tasking skills.
5. Have excellent written/verbal communication skills and experience with reporting systems.
6. Be computer literate including word & excel.
7. Be highly motivated and goal oriented.
8. Punctuality in all aspects and ability to maintain confidentiality.
