Position Type: Academic Positions

A) Accounting / Finance (Senior Lecturer / Lecturer – Full Time)
B) E-Commerce (Lecturer & Trainer – Full Time)
Responsibilities:
* To monitor and track on the growth process of the students
* To design, preparing and developing teaching materials for diverse programme within English.
* To create and deliver lesson plan according to guideline and academic standard. To assist with supervision of students
* To provide pastoral care and support to students
* To assist in the development of learning materials, prepare schemes of work and maintain records to monitor student progress achievement and attendance
* To carry out research and produce publications or other research outputs, in line with personal objectives
* Setting and marking examinations
Requirements:
Accounting / Finance candidate:
* Must possess a bachelor degree and master degree in accounting and / or finance. Those who possessed ACCA qualification will be an advantage.
E-Commerce candidate:
* Must possess at least a bachelor degree in computing / information technology / e-commerce AND minimum of one (1) year experience in conducting e-commerce or related training.
* Possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate well in English
* Working experience in related industries will be an added advantage
* Candidate with research background in postgraduate degree would be an added advantage.
* Preferably with at least 2 years of related experience. Fresh graduates who have passion in teaching are welcomed to apply

FAME College Vacancy for the Posts of HR, Training Consultant and Marketing Officer

Position Type: Administrative Positions
Post name: Human Resource Officer / Executive
Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of labour legislation and Malaysia Employment
• Have good knowledge of establishing policies and procedures: and standard operating manuals
• To maintain and oversee all human resource related duties
• Successful candidate will be reporting to Chief Executive Officer
  Requirements:

• A Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Possess at least 1 to 2years of experience in an education institution or related field
• Excellent proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Required language-(s): Both spoken and written English. Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and any other language would be an advantage

Position Type: International Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:

• Oversea student recruitment, you need to organize and participate the events. Coordinate With agents and to get new student leads
• Convert the leads to sales
• Advise students on career and education coaching
• Business development on new leads and new agents in Malaysia and Overseas
• Working with indoor marketing team on new business development strategy
• To be responsible for the various marketing activities to promote programmes! Courses offered by the College through market intelligence planning and implementing efficient and effective marketing strategies
• Achieve set target in student enrollment
• Ensure strong relations, good motivation and the provision of quality services
• To deal with Immigration Department for any related document
  Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Applicants must be willing to travel
• Required languages): Both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and any other language would be an advantage

Position Type:Training Consultant
Responsibilities:
* Provide professional course consultation to potential clients
* To organize events, training programme, exhibitions and any marketing & sales
* To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand brand positioning and awareness
* To expand market share and business
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma with minimum two years working experience. Experience in training industry or corporate sales are preferred.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
• Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
