Global Energy Post Name: Accounts Assistants
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking few subsidiaries AR/AP
* Preparation and dispatch of invoices
* Filings and housekeeping of documents
* Liaison with Bankers / Customers/ Suppliers on payment and receipts; external agencies on remittance and currency exchanges rates
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least N level/ITE/ GCE ‘O’ Level /
* Professional Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of working experience preferred
* New graduates are welcomed to apply
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
* Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
* Preferably Singaporean
