Golden Group Holding, a Construction Project management Company in Oman is looking for a General Manager to develop their commercial project management offering in the region. Reporting to the chairman and the board, you will be responsible for development of new business, management and growth of the PM team and the delivery of projects to quality, time and cost you would ideally have excellent pipeline management skills and an associated track record in generating new business opportunities. You must be able to demonstrate:

* Strong experience of delivering projects within the commercial sector
* Excellent communication, client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to providing a high quality client service and to applying best practice.
* Ability to manage teams and achieve results through others.
* Experience of managing budgets and delivering on time to cost and quality.
* Commission negotiation and submissions experience.
* An ability to present to different audiences.
* Conduct Feasibility studies and make recommendations.
* Design planning in the preliminary stage when the ability to influence the design change is high and cost is low.
* Construction supervision.
* Demonstrate Project optimization and Project finance and due diligence.
* Previous experience of managing a PMC.
