Post Name: General Manager- Real Estate Development Division (Code – 01):
The candidate must have college degree from recognized university preferably bachelor or master degree in civil engineering & exp of 10-15 years as General Manager at real estate investment company or any other company that operates in similar field. The candidate must have a leadership quality, sound business acumen, an excellent management, and Interpersonal & negotiations skills. The candidate shall represent the company before the government bodies, clients, consultants etc. He is also expected to manage company’s different staff, assign duties, monitor & keep a close eye on the market for new Investment opportunities, develop and execute current projects on timely manner and developing & implementing strategies & achieving targets as directed by board.
Post Name:Financial Controller – Group (Code – 02):
Candidate must be a professionally skilled with CPA, CA or CMA with 7-10 years experience in similar position. The candidate should have the ability to manage operations independently and provide the top management with the MIS reports and financial reports of projects and investments. Be fluent in English and fluency in Arabic would be an added advantage, he should have minimum of 10 years experience in leading Group in similar position.
Post Name: Audit Manager – Group (Code – 03)
The candidate must have a professional qualification like CA or CPA, 7 -10 years of experience in similar post. The candidate must have a leadership quality, be business oriented with solid management background, be fluent in English spoken and written and Arabic would be an added advantage. Be proficient in Microsoft – Excel and words.
Post Name: Procurement & Contracts Manager – Real Estate Development Division (Code – 04):
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with over 15 years of experience in Procurement and Contracts. To provide best advice and expertise to the board. Organize. Control and monitor all Contract and Procurement related activities. Develop & implement strategies, methods, processes and systems to optimize and get the lowest overall cost. Ensure that the company does not over pay during the life of a project. Manage complete contract procedure including techno-commercial studies (technical & commercial aspects), cost benefit analysis. He is also responsible for dispute resolution and legal issues.
