Post Name:Group Internal Auditor
Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational and financial internal audit reviews to ensure that the Company’s assets are protected, detect areas of operational inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses and noncompliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and advanced knowledge of company policies and procedures and the functional business disciplines being reviewed to ensure that audit procedures are appropriate, timely and effective.
• Analyse and review the quarterly financial statements of the Group to provide independent and objective assurance to the Audit Committee.
• Prepare internal audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Management or its equivalent.
• A member of IIA or MIA.
• Minimum 8 years of audit experiences with exposure to operational audit and at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Initiative and possess the ability to take independent and decisive action.
• Proactive, dynamic player and team player.
• Able to travel on regular basis.

  Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, execute and monitor projects to ensure smooth implementation of project according to company policies and procedures to ensure quality, timely delivery and upkeep of safety standard.
• To supervise and monitor day-to-day activities on all project sites.
• To take charge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control and supervision at sites.
• To liaise with project consultants, contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and/or site matters
• To coordinate consultant coordination meeting and contractor monthly site meeting.
• To prepare all necessary report as required.
• To verify work programme submitted by contractor and to recommend for acceptance of contractor’s implementation proposal against company objectives.
  Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant site experience.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  Post Name: Site Engineer
  Job Responsibilities:

• To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of project manager to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handing over of projects according to company policies and procedures so that quality and timely completion of the projects can be achieved.
• To take part in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and supervision at sites.
• Ensure the works on site are carried out in accordance to the contract specifications, drawings and any other technical documents as approved by the consultants.
• To carry out day-to-day inspection on site and to lead and provide guidance to the supervision teams on all technical matters.
• To liaise with project consultants, contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and/or site matters.
• To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and other technical meetings.
  Desired Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant site experience.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia

  Job Responsibilities:

• Manages and sustains ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Maintains, manages and improves the QMS documentation processes and system.
• To perform QA/QC audit and inspections on construction works at all project sites.
• Manages and makes improvements with all cross function department for corrective actions and preventive actions.
  Desired Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or any relevant field.
• Strong knowledge and proficient in ISO 9001:2015
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in managing ISO 9001:2008 / 2015 in construction environment.
• Qualified Internal Quality Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• Detail oriented, initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  Ibraco Berhad Post Name:Property Management Executive
  Job Responsibilities:

• Provide property management as well as facility management services to landed and strata titled properties developed by our company.
• To ensure management team provide good customer service to meet customers’ expectation with regards to complaints.
• To ensure all matters in relation to licenses, permits and certificates are compiled with statutory requirements.
• To liaise with utilities companies and service providers on the transfer of names, payment of utilities bills, documentation process and renewal of services.
• To manage and delegate all repairs and maintenance work for the up keep of the properties.
• To ensure all premises is always kept in good and clean condition, at the same time creating an environment that is free of crime.
• To ensure that all rules, regulations and by law are complied with by the tenants.
  Desired Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field,
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the property management is required.
• This position is to be based in Bintulu
