Ibrahim Jaidah Architect seeking for Engineers, Architect and Quantity Surveyor

Post Name: Resident Engineer/Architect
The Resident Engineer has to execute day to day works at site by effectively leading site team. Act as in charge of projects in the absence of PM and facilitate for quality deliverables. Monitors progress of works in accordance with approved Master schedule. Continuous site inspections/ audit to ensure project quality deliverables.
Experience: Architect with about 15 years’ experience. 5 years relevant consultancy supervision services in Middle East; demonstrate independent & successful in Hotel / Resort projects delivery is mandatory. Experience of FIDIC Contract, particularly Red book.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Post Name: ID Architect
Provide support and co-ordinate with Resident Engineer on all Site ID Architectural works related construction/ design drawing related issues during the course of projects as and when required. Maintain an overview of entire project progress, quality control and safety review on general construction practices accepted by standard code of practices, while continuing to attend to all technicalities review related to the project.
Experience: Architect/Interior designer with about 12 years’ experience, 5 years relevant consultancy supervision services In Middle east; demonstrate Independent & successful in Hotel/Resort projects delivery is mandatory.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Architecture Specialized In ID or Degree In Interior Design.
Ibrahim Jaidah Post Name: Civil Engineer
Provide support and co-ordinate with Resident Engineer on all Civil works related construction/design drawing related Issues during the course of projects as and when required. Maintain an overview of entire project progress, quality control and safety review on general construction practices accepted by standard code of practices, while continuing to attend to all technicalities review related to Project.
Experience: Engineer (able to supervise civil and structural works) with about 12 years’ experience. 5 years relevant consultancy supervision services in Middle east; demonstrate Independent & successful in Hotel/Resort projects delivery is mandatory
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Post Name: Electrical Engineer
Provide support and co-ordinate with Resident Engineer on all Electrical works related construction/design drawing related Issues during the course of projects as and when required. Maintain an overview of entire project progress, quality control and safety review on general construction practices accepted by standard code of practices, while continuing to attend to all technicalities review related to the project.
Experience: Engineer with about 12 years’ experience, 5 years’ relevant consultancy supervision services in Middle East; independent & successful experience in Hotel/Resort projects delivery is mandatory.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Post Name: Mechanical Engineer
Provide support and co-ordinate with Resident Engineer on all Mechanical works related construction/design drawing related issues during the course of projects as and when required. Maintain an overview of entire project progress, quality control and safety review on General construction practices accepted by standard code of practices, while continuing to attend to all technicalities review related to the project.
Experience: Engineer with about 12 years’ experience. 5 years’ relevant consultancy supervision services in Middle east; independent & successful experience in Resident Engineer on all Mechanical works related construction/design drawing related issues during the course of projects as and when required. Maintain an overview of entire project progress, quality control and safety review on General construction practices accepted by standard code of practices, while continuing to attend to all technicalities review related to the project. Experience: Engineer with about 12 years’ experience. 5 years’ relevant consultancy supervision services in Middle east; independent & successful experience in Hotel/Resort projects delivery is mandatory.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Post Name: Quantity Surveyor (Non-Chartered)
Provide management support for all aspects of the contractual & financial side of construction all works. Prepare cost projection and liaise work with internal and external parties throughout construction phase. Prepare various cost control documents Including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Costs Estimates and Cost Plans
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
Qualification: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Post Name: Document Controller
Provide administrative and office support to Resident Engineer and project team. Maintain good filing system (hard and soft copy (editing) and arrange in a standard systematic way for ease of access as necessary for reference and distribution.
Experience: < 5 years ‘experience Omani National with document control experience in Construction projects / double up as secretary. Good Communication Skills.
Qualification: Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Secretarial course.

Nationality for all the positions: Any Preferred candidates with Arabic-English skills.
Location for all the positions: Mirbat, Salalah-Oman.
Candidates with professional membership(s) in well-recognized bodies will be an added advantage.
