Jack Investment Post Names:
– Accounts Executive
– Admin cum Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet, data entry is necessary
• GST submission
• Responsible for monthly accounts closing in accordance to timetable
• Handling suppliers’ Invoices and claims
• Handling requisition and cash flow
• Liaise with auditors and authorities if necessary
• Handle HR related duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Hands-on experience in handling operation accounts will be advantaged
• Only applicable for Singaporeans
