Candidates must have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in architectural/structural / M & E works in residential/commercial project
• Project scheduling/monitoring to ensure work progress
• Can work independently and report to Project Director
• Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering / QS/ Construction Mgt from a recognized Singapore institutions
• Able to use Auto Cad
