We are seeking self-motivated, energetic and dynamic individuals looking for a long term career growth opportunity to join our Finance team for the following position.

Post Name: Accountant-Garments

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate & identify control weaknesses & implement procedures for better internal control:
• Managing the day to day accounting functions including monthly financial and management reports with recommendations for continuous improvement:
• Implementing financial management strategies including compilation of budgets and forecasts;
• Managing cash flow and variance analysis including accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory management;
• Preparation of annual financial statements and attending to annual audits;
• Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and all reporting obligations; and
• Leading, developing and mentoring a team of staff.

Qualification & Skills:

•  Professional accounting and finance qualifications;
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet deadlines with high level of enthusiasm and dedication;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in garment industry will be an advantage;
• IT knowledge and skills, especially with integrated computerized systems and processes: and
• Excellent interpersonal, and communications and leadership skills.
