Post Name:Senior Estate Manager
Location: Bintulu, Sarawak
Responsibilities:

• To lead in day-to-day estate operation, both in the field and factory
• To manage all phases of work from replanting, maintenance, monitor crops and production quality, ensure operational efficiency and effective labour management
• To manage/well versed in estate financial
• To plan, implement/monitor overall field operations of the estate in accordance with company’s standard and policies
• To ensure achievement of optimum production efficiency and cost control through industry best practices
  Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Plantation Management/ Agriculture and/or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil Palm Plantation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good analytical skills, able to provide direction and coordination of plantation production and administrative management
