Post Name:Assistant Manager

• Diploma in Building/Property/Administration Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in Building Maintenance work, planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance programme for building fabrics, structures and cleaning, etc
• Familiar with Building Fire Regulations; FSM certificate preferred
• Able to deal effectively with contractors to ensure services are delivered promptly
  Post Name: Advertising & Promotions Executive

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass Communication with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Ability to market and execute events
• Good contacts with advertising and PR agencies
• Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
• Self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic, creative and with ability to write well
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and has good team spirit
  Post Name: M&E Technicians

• NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities services / shopping centres and offices
• Able to do shift work
