Post Name: Account Clerk
Responsibilities:

• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
  Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma or any Equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in account
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.
• Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and strong typing skills, experience with accounting software will be advantage.
• Possess own transport.
