Post Name: Project Coordinator- Insurance Restoration
Responsibilities & Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

• Manage & organize a large volume of restoration job files on a regular basis
• Work with Managers to schedule structural rebuild, cleaning and sub trades
• Meet with Clients
  Required Skills & Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of restoration &/or construction coordination
• Experience with Xactimate / Xact Analysis an asset
• Experience with job scheduling computer and app programs as well as Microsoft program
• Excellent verbal & written communication and organization skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Excellent business management and development skills
• Efficient team management skills.

Current Class 5 Drivers License is required and applicants must be bondable.
