Palmhead Group of Companies are urgently looking for suitable candidates as below details:

Post Name: Senior Operation Manager (Based in Estate)
Responsibilities:

• Shall be looking after a plantation which consists of 6,000 over hectares.
• Responsible for field operations, maintenance, upkeep, harvesting, transportation & infrastructure
• Implementing & maintaining good agricultural practices according to the Company’s directions
• To look into cost control & budgeting
• Ensuring field operations are appropriately staffed & labour requirement set
• Working to maximize the production quality of fresh fruit bunch (FFB)
• Regular communication & preparation of reports to head office
• Planning & implementing work schedule to achieve goals and targets.
• To conduct close monitoring and to ensure that all operations and activities within the Estate are according to the practice and guidelines provided by the Company.

Requirements:

• Only Chinese Sarawakian applicants shall be considered.
• Age: 40-55 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/ Forestry/Plantation Management or related discipline.
• Preferred language(s); Chinese (Mandarin), English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesia would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 Year(s) and above of hands on working experience in the palm oil estate & familiar in estate operational management in planting, costing, budgeting, execution & monitoring are required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Palm Oil Plantation or equivalent.
• Computer Literate.
