Pathways Consulting Post Name: Deputy Principal

– The Deputy Principal supports the Principal in providing both strategic and day to day leadership. Working alongside the Principal, the Deputy is responsible for the implementation of the Roseville College vision. Mission and Values in the daily operation of the College and the implementation of the Roseville College Strategic Direction; Realising Purpose. The Deputy works collaboratively with other College leaders to develop consistent practices and policies from Kindergarten to Year 12. As a Christian leader, the Deputy Principal positively influences the culture of learning and wellbeing, for the benefit of the whole College community.

– The successful applicant will be, personally and professionally, an outstanding role model who is aligned with the College values and relates to others with integrity and compassion. They will be an exceptional educator and leader with the necessary drive to grow and nurture others to be likewise. They will have the capacity to engage and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to girls’ education, and proven successful experience in Christian, educational, pastoral and strategic leadership.
