Applicants must possess the necessary qualifications and/or related working experiences and the following criteria:-
Post Name: Project Manager for Engineering Division
Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with sound knowledge of M&E services
• Have proven track record in project management
• At least ten (10) years of working experience in the related field
• Good team player with strong leadership qualities with good people management skill and excellent communication at all levels
• Performance driven with the ability to lead the project team to achieve company’s target of quality and cost effective development
• Result-oriented with excellent project management capabilities, as well as organizational and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Possess the right attitude, skills and confidence, and ability to work well under pressure
  Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction of the project
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects to agreed time, cost & quality
• Interfacing with other external agencies and utilities to ensure coordinated development and timely implementation of projects
• To coordinate and liaise effectively with project team, local authorities, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
• To verify Civil and Structural and M&E designs, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works as well as to ensure design compliance
• Preparation of the project schedule
• Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the scheduling, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the site meetings
• Inform the consultant/client on any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant’s design drawings
• Ensures all charges to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
• Track the project progress to meet within the tight dead line
• Quality control and assurance
• To solve technical problems on site
