Responsibilities:
General Purpose:

  • To provide personal administrative support to Management and the Company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • To organize and coordinate meeting, travel arrangements
  • To implement and maintain office systems

  • To maintain schedules and calendars
  • To arrange and confirm appointments
  • To handle incoming mail and other materials
  • To set up and maintain filing systems
  • To collate information
  • To maintain databases
  • To communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • To coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • To operate office equipment.
    Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications & database mgt, knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, company secretarial, proven experience of producing correspondence and documents, required typing skills, MS Office.
  • Required languages): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuching.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/ Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
