Front of House Operations Wings and Italian Kitchen | Vernon, BC
You will assist the General Manager with most aspects of front of house management including:

• Manage the floor while on shift – this includes ensuring all team members are Irving by our culture of service that rocks along with our core values.
• Assist on the floor with food running, busing expo and table maintenance
• Assist the GM in all operations – this includes daily cash, payroll, recruitment and terminations, inventory, labour costs food costs, training and scheduling
• Training and coaching team members on consistency of service that rocks food quality, food plating and high level of customer service
• Ensure that opening and closing checklists are completed up to established operating standards
• Approve discounts and promo’s
• Handle all guest concerns with tact and professionalism
• You must pride yourself on service that rocks and you live and breathe this culture
• You have consistently demonstrated a tremondous work ethic but manage time effectively and get the job done.
