Post name: Security & Loss Control Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will have an oversight to all aspects of security and loss control of the company’s people, assets, raw materials and products, including the management and administration of the onsite guarding service. The incumbent will also be responsible to develop and enhance relationships with the wider community and government entities, in particular security and compliance authorities.
Requirements:

• 10 years working experience in the security field; police or army experience are preferred.
• 5 years of security supervisory / managerial experience
• Experience in incident investigations

Post Name: Logistics Foreman (Plant)
Reporting to the Services Metallurgical Manager, the incumbent’s main responsibility is to manage the movement of raw materials by supervising a team of raw material personnel. This includes managing all internal transportation matters at the plant (direct inbound and outbound logistics functions), ensuring that the documentation and reports for the materials movement are done correctly for stock-control purposes, monitoring and ensuring that all activities are managed safely and according to the standard procedures, managing and allocating resources efficiently for daily activities, and communicating effectively with the team members including contractors to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements:
■ Minimum qualification of Diploma in Logistic Management or relevant field

• Good planning and organizational skills
• Must have 10 years + experience in manufacturing industries
• Computer Literate
• Good communication skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external related people

Post Name: Shipping Supervisor
Reporting to the Assistant Services Manager, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement, unloading and loading of bulk carrier vessels at Bintulu port and Samalaju port. The role is challenging in that it requires a high degree of flexibility and an ability to direct and manage complex shipping operations under time constraints.
Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Logistic Management or relevant field
• Must have 5 years + experience in logistics business field including both export and import
• Have at least 20 vessels berthing / loading / unloading experience
• Experience in supervision

Post Name: Senior Instrument
Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Instrument Maintenance, the incumbent will primarily be responsible to manage the overall PLC programming of Plant’s control system. The incumbent will also maintain, inspect, and prevent downtime and increase availability and performance of the plant control system and component systems including PLC equipment, SCADA system, IT control system and VSD systems.
Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 6 years working experiences in the instrumentation and automation industry
• Experience in Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation software is an advantage
• Familiarity and experience with SCADA system would be an advantages

Post Name: Senior Boilermaker
Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Boilermaker Maintenance, the incumbent will primarily be responsible to inspecting and maintaining existing equipment and fabricate new equipment in a safely manner. The incumbent will also lead the team in achieving the set of goals and must be able to take on the duties performed by the assistant manager boilermaker maintenance as and when required.
Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience in plate metals and steel works or similar environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Must be skilled in various welding techniques as well as mechanical and gas cutting
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English

Post Name: Senior Fitter
Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Mechanical Maintenance, the incumbent will be responsible to lead the team in maintenance, daily inspections and condition monitoring activities and give feedback regarding maintenance required for a specific machine or system. Apart from that, the incumbent must be able to take on the duties performed by the assistant manager boilermaker maintenance as and when required.
Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience with furnaces, crushers, conveyors, fittings, pumps, drilling, gearboxes, overhead cranes and hydraulics in a heavy industrial environment would be a distinct advantage
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English
• Skills with various working levels.
