Post Name: Senior Accounts Executive
Job responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation of full set accounts and GST submission.
• Responsible for monthly management reporting and variance.
• Prepare annual operational and administrative budgets.
• Perform accounts consolidation.
• Visit operational sites to review and monitor accounting controls.
  Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ work experience in related field (preferably with audit experience).
• Recognised Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA or MICPA).
• High level of proficiency in Ms -Excel.
• Good knowledge of accounting entries and simple tax computation.
• Willingness to travel.

Job responsibilities

• Handle financial aspects of plywood manufacturing plant covering strategic financial planning, business planning, forecasts, annual budgets, cash flow management, cost controls, internal control and statutory audit.
• Responsible for monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
• Review and enhance business processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Accounting and a professional qualification like ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• At least 6 years’ work experience gained from public accounting firm or commercial organization.
• Must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, reliable in handling tasks assigned, willingness to work outside normal hours whenever required.
