You will provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, including educating patients and families. You will also ensure and maintain the standards for professional nursing practice and work co-operatively with the other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive, integrated and cost-effective care. In addition, you will orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences.

Nurse Clinician
Lead a nursing team to assess, develop, implement and evaluate clinical practices and standards of care for a specific unit or discipline. You will also teach, mentor and supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees and projects.
