Responsibilities:

• Supervision of term contractors in maintenance of properties and facilities
• Manage and review service contracts
• Plan and supervise building and facilities upgrading projects
• Prepare job specifications for tender/quotation exercise. evaluation submissions and recommend contract award
• Monitor and control store inventory and maintenance services expenditure
  Post Name:Requirements:
  – Recognized degree in Facilities & Project Management or Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering
  – Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities and project management
  – Knowledge on drafting software (Autocad, Revit, Solidworks, etc) will be advantage
  * Work location: Airline Road
