Post Name: Resident Engineer – Civil & Structural (Based in Miri)
Job Description:-

• Monitoring works, detailed documentation records and accurate reporting
• Ensure the successful delivery of the project via execution onsite
• Support and advise all associated project teams
• Prepare report and attend site/ project meetings
  Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering by BEM
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in supervision of Civil & Structural works
• Must possess experience in Civil & Structural works related to Building Construction projects supervision is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with proven capability in managing and liaising with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors and staff
• Proficient with English, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess valid driving license
  Post Name:Clerk of Work – Civil & Structural (Based in Miri)
  Job Description:-

• Assist Resident Engineer to vigilantly inspect site development and ensure meet the required specifications and quality standards
• Assist Resident Engineer prepare detailed and accurate documentation of all works and onsite activities
• Fully support and advise all associated project team during their reconnaissance.
  Job Requirements:

• Possess in minimum Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 8 year(s) relevant working experience
• Must possess experience in related to Building Construction projects supervision is an added advantage
• Ability to liaise with authorities, consultants and contractors
• Good communication skills, assertive and conversant with drawings & specifications
• Proficient in English, Autocad, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess valid driving license.
