Customer Service Officers job openings at SPH Singapore

The Job details of Temporary Customer Service Officers, Subscription Hotline (One-Year Contract)
  • Attend to phone enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
  • Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
  • Handle email correspondences
  • Assist on digital apps and technical enquiries
  • Manage service requests, enquiries and cases via Salesforce CRM system
Requirements of Customer Service Officers, Subscription Hotline
  • GCE O level with good credit in English
  • Passion for customer service role in a call centre environment
  • Good spoken and writing skills
  • Good computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good IT skills and tech sawy
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Working hours of Customer Service Officers, Subscription Hotline
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on week days during subscription drive
  • Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
The Job details of Temporary Customer Service Officers, Online Grocery Purchase Hotline (One Year Contract )
  • Attend to hotline calls and emails pertaining to online grocery purchases
  • Follow up on calls to customers
  • Ensure high quality of customer service provided to customers
  • Ensure a proper closure of all calls
Requirements of Customer Service Officers, Online Grocery Purchase Hotline
  • GCE O level with good credit in English
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Internet sawy and MS Office skills
  • Able to handle calls with professionalism and patience
  • Call centre / customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts Monday to Saturday (8.30am to 4.30pm / 11am to 7pm / 1.30pm to 9.30pm)

Contact Centre Operating Hours: 8.30am to 9.30pm (Monday to Saturday)
Working location: SPH Media Centre, 82 Genting Lane
Basic salary + shift allowance
