Takamul Investment Company Job Title: Assistant Manager- Finance
Desired Qualification of Assistant Manager-Finance:
Bachelor degree in accounting and an ACCA/ CPA / an appropriate professional qualification.

Experience Required for Assistant Manager-Finance at Takamul Oman

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of accounts / finance.
• Updated knowledge on IFRS and local financial related regulations
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.
• Oral / Written English and knowledge in Arabic would be preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills particularly in MS Office and Accounting ERPs.

Assistant Manager-Finance Job Profile

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Analyze and review budget with actual on periodic basis.
• Prepare annual OPEX and CAPEX Budgets.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audit and tax related matters
• Prepare and maintain the billing to subsidiaries and associates including projects, with all the appropriate documents, including expenses, consultant invoices, and monthly invoices, in accordance with standard Procedures
• Prepare monthly bank and related party reconciliations.
• Upload monthly financials numbers in Hyperion.
• Prepare monthly consolidation.
• Prepare various reports requested by the shareholders from time to time.
• Responsible for proper upkeep of filling and accounts maintenance.
• As required, need to assist the group finance departments
• Other duties assigned from time to time
