Post Name: Procurement- Manager /Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
* To manage the entire procurement operations of the hospital
* To source, select, evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure that the most suitable products, services and equipment are procured at competitive prices.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a high degree of integrity, be mentally sharp and organized
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
    * Preferably have 4 years of related working experience
    * Familiarity with an inventory Management System is an added advantage
    Post Name: Store Supervisor
    Responsibilities:
    * To manage the entire organization of the hospital supplies store.
    * Verify any discrepancy in the Delivery Orders and Invoices
    * To review and evaluate stock levels & minimum order quantities in the system and manual records.
    Requirements:
    Candidate must have a high degree of integrity, be mentally sharp and organized
    Minimum STPM or Diploma qualifications
    Preferably have 3 years of related working experience
    Familiarity with an Inventory Management System is an added advantage
    Knowledge of “push’ Management System is an added advantage
    Post Name: Marketing – Senior Executive & Executive
    Responsibilities:
    * Sales & marketing of the hospital’s services and create brand awareness
    * Event management
    Requirements:
    * Aptitude and Attitude to achieve things, learn and multi-task
    * Possess a diploma / degree
    * Excellent level of English and Bahasa Melayu. Written and spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
    * Preferably 2 years of related working experience
    * Graphic design skills would be an added advantage
    Post Name: Service Excellence – Manager /Assistant Manager
    Responsibilities:
    * Manage 8 develop training programmes for current staff & new hires
    * Manage & drive processes that improves front line staff performance & customer experience
    * Identify future & current training needs of the hospital.
    Requirements:
    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidate must possess strong leadership & interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills and decision making skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience in training preferably specializing in customer service
    Post Name: Quality Assurance Manager
    Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate, certify and maintain for the Hospital’s ongoing accreditation programme with MSOH
    * Ensure all Quality System documents such as Quality Manual. Standard Operating Procedures, Work instructions are under control
  • Liase with MSQH to ensure external auditing is carried out smoothly to obtain and maintain MSQH Certifications
    * Assist and support all departments in statistical techniques for individual departmental monitoring of Quality Indicators
    Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing /Healthcare / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in maintaining quality system. Exposure to hospital environment is an advantage
  • Well versed with MSQH and other analysis tools
    * Must be absolutely accurate, discreet and conscientious in executing all duties
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Post Name: Radiographer

  • At least a Diploma in Medical Imaging / Radiography or equivalent
  • Working experience in related field is an added advantage
    Post Name: Resident Medical Officer
  • Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council
  • Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate
    Post Name: Accounts Clerk
  • Possess at least LCCI or equivalent
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Book-keeping with work experience is an added advantage
    Post Name: Registered Staff Nurse
  • Possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
    * Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
    * Possess Post basic qualification in Intensive Care/ Oncology/ Neonatal/ Renal Care/ Perioperative Care/Advance Emergency Medical and Trauma Care/Infection Control is an added advantage
    Post Name: Pharmacist
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmacology or equivalent
    * Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
    * Willing to work on shift. Sunday and Public Holidays, rotating with other Pharmacists
  • Hospital experience is an added advantage
    Post Name: Pharmacy Dispenser
  • Minimum SPM Preferably possess a Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Experience as a pharmacy dispenser is an added advantage.
