Turners and Growers Ltd is a global company which conducts businesses with many of the leading producers of fresh produce throughout NZ and around the globe. Vacancy exists for Business Development Manager in Nadi.

Post Name: Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales forecasting, analysis, productivity. CRM and other sales support functions. The position reports directly to the branch manager.

Location: Nadi

Key responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of core products and lead Sales Operations.
• Manage a successful sales team
• Ensure teams consistently meets or exceeds daily sales KPI’s.
• Work effectively with other departments to develop effective sales strategies customers.
• Ensure that business is conducted with integrity and behaviour aligns with T&G Fiji values.
• Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures for efficient operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the branch manager from time to time.

Requirements:

•  At least 5 years work experience as either Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or any other business related field.
• Previous experience in FMCG Company
• Knowledge of warehousing and operations management
• Good oral and written communication
• Willing to work flexible hours as and when required.
