Post Name: Technician
Responsibilities:

• Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise commercial complex and hands-on attendance to repairs / complaints on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary services, etc
  Requirements:

• NTC3 / NITEC In Electrical / Air-conditioning / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with 1 -2 years of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation / equipment in a high rise commercial complex
• Preference will be given to PUB licensed holder
  Post Name:Control Room Technician
  Responsibilities;

• Monitor the systems in the Control Room / Fire Command Centre and respond to operational and system Issues arising from car park, fire alarm, security, lift and tenant complaints
  Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education or NTC3
• Possess a valid Security Licence issued by the Police Licensing Regulatory Department (PLRD)
• Relevant experience in the Control Room / Fire Command Centre
  Post Name: Security Officer
  Responsibilities:

• Carry out security operational duties at office / commercial buildings Perform traffic control and car park duties to maintain smooth vehicular traffic at the premises Attend to complaints and security incidents carry out patrolling, guarding services and crowd control.
  Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
• Possess a valid Security Licence issued by the Police licensing Regulatory Department (PLRD)
• At least 2 years of experience in hotels / service apartments / commercial buildings
  Post Name: Car Park Administrator
  Responsibilities:

• Responsible for car parking system in commercial building
• Attend to motorists’ enquiries/complaints
• Prepare monthly reports of car park fees and season parking collection to the management and perform other general administrative duties.
  Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ level
• At least 2 years of experience with knowledge of car park system operation
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirement for all positions:
Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
