The successful applicant will join our team of dynamic, hardworking and resourceful professionals to serve the group estates in the assigned area of responsibility.
Job Description & Requirement:
– With academic qualification of at least Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia.
– Diploma in Accountancy is an added advantage.
– With working experience of minimum 10 to 12 years as Chief Clerk in OP Plantations.
– Well versed in SAP Accounting System.
– Estate monthly cost of production and budget compilation and monitoring.
– Timely preparation of month-end workers payroll and closing of monthly accounts.
– Timely preparation of monthly reports to Head Office.
– To keep an up-to-date record of estate petty cash.
– To ensure month-end stock take is carried out on all store items and certified by estate management personnel.
– To assist the Managers on the day to day clerical duties.
– Resourceful, initiative, detail-oriented.
– Good communications skills in both written and spoken English.
