Reputed FMCG Company needs a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (Omani candidate)

Candidate will be responsible for all aspects related to Human Resource Management of the
organization while complying with statutory requirements in all related areas of manpower
management.

Minimum qualification and experience

• 2 years work experience in Human Resource Management
  in senior position
• Should have sound knowledge of Oman Manpower Regulations. Labour Laws and other related
  procedures
• Should possess excellent communication skills (both written & oral) in English and Arabic
  languages
• Should possess working knowledge of office management software
• Should be self-motivated, approachable, positive, team player and possess excellent
  interpersonal skills
• Should be committed, honest, sincere, dependable and professional in approach
• Preferably M.B.A
