The Toyota dealer in Kuwait is looking to appoint experienced automotive professionals.

We are recruiting for:

SALES MANAGER(Ref. JB1859425)

To manage a team of sales professionals in order to promote product sales, achieve soles targets, turnover, profit and market share growth and customer satisfaction index.
Prepare annual sales plans and budgets to meet the business unit / department strategic planning requirements.
Monitor actual sales performance against budgeted figures and take corrective measures as appropriate.
Recommend the ordering schedule for different models and their variants after consultation with key sales staff, and considering such factors as sales forecasts, stock levels, product movement history, etc…

Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business unit at a senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced, develop customer base and generate business,
Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives. Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP / PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.

BRAND MANAGER (Ref. JB1854276)
To plan, develop, and implement brand strategies and marketing programs.
Prepare annual brand promotion strategies, marketing programs and budget to meet the business unit / department strategic planning requirements.

Monitor actual performance against the budget and take corrective measures as appropriate.
Provide branding direction to develop and execute brand marketing programs to build brand awareness and sales promotion.

ACCESSORIES MANAGER (Ref. JB1849034)
To Manage a team of sales professionals in order to promote product sales, achieve sales targets, turnover, profit and market share growth.
Contribute to annual sales plans and budgets to meet the business unit / department strategic planning requirements.
Identify and assign performance targets in terms of sales revenue, customer satisfaction index (CSI), product category and geographical area, etc… based on such factors as stock movement, sales history and forecasts, sales budgets, product mix, etc…
Contribute to the development and implementation of incentive schemes in order to boost sales, increase profits and push slow moving items, etc…

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in high volume of car sales.
  • Bachelor degree with 5 years experience
  • Alternate: Diploma in automobile with 7 years experience.
  • Good command of English and Arabic language.

Are you a senior manager with extensive sales experience in the

Toyota Dealer in Kuwait is looking to appoint a new
SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  1. Prepare annual budget of Toyota division, set targets for new car sales and monitor performance against agreed sales volume.
  2. Prepare soles forecast, estimate demand, formulate and submit monthly order plan to ensure supply to meet customer demand.

Operational:

  1. Coordinate with marketing department to plan and implement promotional campaigns to enhance sales.
  2. Prepare retail pricing plan for Toyota cars on the basis of user feedback and market conditions.
  3. Coordinate with finance companies and banks to arrange vehicle loan lo the customers.
  4. Analyze market condition For Toyota cars, competitor’s market share and give feedback to Business Director for planning strategies for sales promotion.
  5. Coordinate with PDI for delivery and with group Parts and Service division for after sales services of Toyota cars.
  6. Approve retail sale price for Toyota cars after negotiations with customers.
  7. Build network with VIP customers, opinion leaders. Government Officials to develop customer database and generate business.
  8. Attend to customer queries, complaints and ensure appropriate action.
  9. Recruit and groom staff on product knowledge, customer relationship and selling techniques.

People Management:

  1. Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.

  3. Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.

  5. Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and
    escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and
    procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in high volume of car sales.
  • Bachelor degree with 12 years experience
    Alternate: Diploma in automobile/ electrical / mechanical with 15 years experience.
  • Good command of English and Arabic language.
