Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team. As part of the Service Desk team, you will use your knowledge of Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix technologies to assist customers to resolve incidents and carry out network maintenance. This is a
rare and excellent opportunity for career development if you have a strong interest in Information Technology services and a passion to learn and develop in your skill and knowledge.
You will need to be proficient in remote and on-site diagnostics, well organised, and have a passion for quality solutions and outcomes. You will also have demonstrated ability in exceeding internal and external customer expectations, as well as working well individually and as part of a team. Experience working in professional services or similar environments as well as industry certifications will be highly regarded.
