As a Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in building ANZ’s future and contributing to the achievement of the Main Bank strategy. You will be required to deliver sustainable revenue growth by deepening customer relationships and building positive relationship with each customer. Through each customer interaction, you will refer sales opportunities by consistently holding effective customer share indicator (CSI) conversations with your customers and providing a friendly and efficient transactional service. As a valued member of the branch team, you will also share responsibility for the overall operation of the branch including cash handling, maintaining quality service levels, and ensuring compliance with operational/risk management
policies and regulatory requirements.
As a sales professional, your previous experience will ideally be in customer service and sales environments such as retail or hospitality, where you have had to utilise your superior communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience with working towards targets and set KPI’s in a team base environment will also be highly regarded.
